FEBRUARY POST

Greetings from the Andrade Family in frosty Indiana! The days, since our last blog, have blown by as fast as the winter winds.

Let's see if we can bring you up to date...Matthew is back to work. He still finds time to work in his "Man Cave" (the garage) on his ham radio station. Although, if you ask me, I think he spends more time on the roof than in his "cave". LOL!! He has healed nicely from his Christmas surgery.

Isaac is busy, busy!! He celebrated his 12 th birthday on the 4th and then again on the 9th. Somehow, he always seems to be able to drag it out for a week!! Nana came up from Georgia, where the weather is warm, to Indiana, where it is "COLD", and was able to spend two weekends with us for Isaac's Birthday. Isaac, also, had his first band ensemble this month. With the help of his two partners, Jimmy and Isaiah, they received a gold medal for their rendition of "Up on the House Top". As you can see, they were pretty pleased with their performance!!

As for me, well...My energy level is as unpredictable as this Indiana winter, but, I am trying to get the house ready for Samuel!! I had my first Baby Shower. It was a fantastic time!! Thanks to Carolyn, Amelia, and all of the ladies from the Eagle Creek Ward. We were blessed with many gifts and well wishes!! I've heard that there are a few more showers in the forecast!! I can't wait!! We are scheduled for cesarean section on March 28th at 8am. So, one way or another we will have a baby Samuel by then!! The count down has begun!

Well, I think I have hit the highlights of the last thirty days!! Have a safe and happy winter!! Only six weeks left!! Remember, we love and miss you all!!

Sincerely,

The Andrade Family
