New Year Greetings from the Andrade Family!!
We are delighted to report that our holidays were spent just as we had planned... with lots of family!! We weren't sure we were going to be able to pull it off!! Matthew ended up with emergency surgery to repair a hernia. He was able to come home on Christmas Eve which gave him 3 short days to heal before our trip to Georgia. He not only made the trip, he drove most of the way. He was then able to finish recuperating in Georgia. He was even able to slide in a fishing trip, where he caught "THE BIGGEST FISH OF HIS LIFE!!" Isaac and Joey were bombarded with spoilage. One of example would be there very own portable DVD players that they were able to enjoy during the trip to and from Georgia. We still aren't sure who was the most blessed by the gift: Isaac and Joey for entertainment purposes or the silence they created for Mom and Dad. Either way "they rock"!! We made it home New Year's Eve in time to watch the ball drop. Well, Matthew and Isaac watched. Joey and Mom fell asleep!!
Life since then has not been dull. We have been busy getting back into the swing of things. Joey is now back in California. Isaac is back in school. Matthew has been medically released to go back to work, and Tami is still busy growing "Sammy". We can't believe that April is right around the corner!! We are all looking forward to a new addition to the family, and are working hard to get things organized, decrease clutter, and prepare, prepare, prepare!! Stay tuned for further information!!
